Sharing is flexible – through secure links to your data, inviting someone to view your portal or exporting and printing PDFs. You stay in complete control of your health information.

If there's an emergency, your CarePod (family, Caregivers) will have vital information for responders such as your medication list and recent vitals. ContinuumCare only uses your data to provide insights. All data is stored securely and follows HIPAA guidelines. The data can be shared with your CarePod (family, Caregivers, healthcare providers) but only with your explicit consent.

When you end your membership, you can download your data and take it elsewhere. We will delete all your protected health information.
If you end your membership but would like to retain your data on a read only basis you may, for a small annual fee covering storge and maintenance. The fee may vary depending on how much memory you use. You can reactivate your membership later.
